A single glance.

A fleeting moment.

A solitary touch could make everything worth it.

This was my breaking point.

This was where I lost myself completely.

I did the only thing that made sense.

The only thing I had left to give.
I begged her…

To take me with her.

Before I knew what was happening, I blinked, and I was suddenly sitting in my car. Aimlessly staring out the windshield with a bottle of Jack gripped tightly in my grasp. There was nothing left of me, just a hollow shell of a man slouched over in the driver’s seat. One leg hanging out the open door with the other firmly pressed on the brake pedal. My weighted-down head bobbed side to side, trying to remain conscious as I chugged yet another swig of the fiery burning liquor. Welcoming the sting as it soared down my throat. Except I didn’t feel a fucking thing other than the agonizing pain that had taken over my being. Not even the whiskey could make that go away.

PrologueA.png

“I just don’t know who you are anymore!” she screamed out with pure hatred dripping from her voice.
In her eyes.
In her fucking soul.
Her fists slammed into my chest with a hard thud, but I barely wavered. I’d take every blow, every yell, every single goddamn thing she delivered.
Her pain.
Her sadness.
Her desire to let go and just be.
It was all clear as day, glaring right at me.
The fear in my mind grew at a rapid speed, corrupting the only vacant spaces left of my being. The unease festering inside me was far greater than anything I’d ever known or felt.
It took over as I stepped toward her, instantly blocked by an imaginary wall she had built so high, it would simply crush her the moment I tried to knock it down.
Caving us both in.
“Get away from me! Just get away from me!”
She was slipping further away from the life we fought so hard for.
Everything we wanted.
Everything we needed.
Everything we prayed for time and time again was disappearing like a thief in the night.
Willingly taking the love of my life with it.
“Bailey … please … please don’t say that. I’m begging you…” I extended my hand, but she immediately pulled away as if the words she spewed were in fact our reality.
Leaving me far behind.
I ran my hands through my disheveled hair, yearning to rip it out of my head. “Bailey, ple—”
“No! No! No! No!” she wholeheartedly repeated, placing her hands over her ears. Backing into the wall with nothing but her sobs and desperate pleas filling the small space between us.
Wrecking the fuck out of me.
“I don’t want you anywhere near me! Go away! Just go away!”
I couldn’t breathe.
I couldn’t fucking breathe.
“Bailey, just calm down! Calm the fuck down and let me—”
“I don’t want you near me! I don’t need you! I want nothing from you but for you to leave me alone!”
“Bay, you know I can’t do that,” I strongly conveyed, trying to steady my tone. Compose myself, catch my bearings, knowing it would help bring her back to me in the end. “Beauty—”
“Stop calling me that! That’s not my name!” She reached for the first thing in sight and chucked it at me. Her rage completely taking over.
I let the glass hit my shoulder, hoping it would help her find truth through the lies.
“I don’t know you anymore! Why can’t you understand that I don’t want anything to do with you! Nothing!”
“Don’t push me, Bay. You don’t mean that. You don’t fucking mean that. Please, baby … don’t do this … don’t fucking do this to us…” I pleaded with my hands steepled out in front me.
Praying.
Surrendering.
Relinquishing defeat.
My white flag was up. My goddamn flag was raised up high, flowing adamantly through the storm.
“Just stay away from me,” she murmured so low, I could barely hear her. Narrowing her gorgeous eyes at me with an endless stream of questions splitting through her unsettled gaze. Making it difficult for her to focus solely on me.
On my voice.
On my presence.
Her.
Me.
Us.
“Aiden—”
“Please don’t leave me, Beauty. Please…”
I took an agonizing step toward her. “I.” Two more slow steps. “Love.” Another two brought me inches away from her mouth. I resisted the desire to claim her lips like I’d done hundreds, thousands, millions of times before.
A lifetime of kisses.
I love you’s.
You’re mines.
Instead, my eyes stayed fixated on her face. My core seized tighter, my knees got weaker, my body ached, remembering the reassuring symmetry of her heart beating against mine.
“You, Bailey Ashlyn Pierce. My girl, my wife, my best friend, my whole fucking heart.” Grabbing her face in between my hands, I yearned for her to feel me.
To see me.
To love me.
The man who would die for her.
It didn’t take long for our bodies to close the emotional and physical distance between us. From her mind to her heart, to every goddamn bone in her body, I knew she felt it. There was no way in hell she couldn’t sense the effect I always had on her.
The effect she’d always have on me.
“You’re all the same. Don’t you get it? You’re one of them. You’re just one of them to me, Aiden. That’s all that’s left. Don’t you see?”
I gripped onto her face. “To Hell with that, Bay. I’m your one and only. I’m your home.”
“There’s no peace for me in that house.”
“I know, you took it all with you.”
Her body trembled, her strong, hardened composure weakened with each word that escaped from her mouth. “Why do you keep hurting me?”
I grimaced as if the wind had been knocked right out of me. “I would never hurt you. Never. I’m here, Bailey.” My grip shifted toward the nook of her neck, tugging her toward me, bringing her heart against mine. “I’m right here.”
She hadn’t let me feel her warmth, her security, her heart in what felt like an eternity.
This is where I belong. Where I’ve always been since we were seven-years-old. I’m a part of you. I need you to hear me screaming out for you. I still need you, Beauty. I’m lost without you.” Pulling her hair away from her face to look deep into her eyes, I said the only thing that was true.
The only truth I ever knew.
I choose us, Bailey Pierce. I will always choose us. No matter what. I. Choose. Us.”
She consciously jerked back from the weight of my words.
My girl was at a loss, and I had nothing left to lose.
“It’s you and me against the world, baby. It’s always been you and me against the world. You know that, Bay. You do. Just come back to me … please. I can’t live, I can’t breathe… I can’t go on without you.
She didn’t say a word, not one fucking word. She just stood there, looking at me. Searching for the man she once knew. Her resolve was slowly breaking, but I couldn’t take it anymore.
I broke down. I bawled, pulling her back toward me, and to my surprise she let me.
“If I did anything right in my life, it was loving you. Do you understand me? You were the beginning of everything for me. You will forever be my always, Bay, I only need two things in this world. You and us. Just you and us, Bailey.” I leaned forward, setting my forehead against hers, taking a deep breath, trying to gather my thoughts.
My emotions.
My fucking memories.
“I’m trying, Bay. I don’t know what else I can do. Please don’t give up on me. On us.”
“Aiden … please.”
I peered up at her as tears started spilling down the sides of her beautiful face, one right after the other. She didn’t even try to hide them, she let her emotions flow freely. Wanting me to see the part inside of her she thought died long ago.
“Just take me back, baby. Please… God, just take me back to the night we first met,” I faintly uttered near her ear, hanging on by a thread.
Hoping she realized the significance in what I just said.
As soon as her eyes filled with fresh tears, I wiped them all away. Not knowing where to go from here. She held my gaze until the sensations became too much for her. Lowering herself onto the edge of the bed as her chest heaved for her next breath.
In one swift movement, I fell to my knees in front of her and clung onto the back of her neck. There was no way in hell she could keep me away. Before she even realized what was happening, I was holding her delicate frame in my strong and steady arms. Kissing away the tears on her face as they fell to the floor between us. She stirred beneath my lips, her body shuddered under my touch.
Giving me hope, strength, the reassurance I needed to go on.
“Aiden, please…” Her mouth quivered. “Just let me go.”
“I won’t lose you,” I breathed out against her lips. “I have seen you in so many different ways, and I have loved you in each one of them. For better or for worse, Bay … for better or for worse, I will love you.”
She sucked in a breath, and our mouths parted in sync with one another.
“You’re my answered prayer, Bailey. I will love you until I stop breathing, until the last seconds of my heart beating, because you are my beginning and my end.”
“Aiden,” she rasped an eerie tone, causing shivers to course down my spine as I knelt before her.
I ignored the looming essence that wrapped around my neck like a noose. Simply sucking the life out of me. Shutting my eyes, I softly kissed the corner of her mouth.
Recalling every memory.
Every sentiment she ever lured out of me.
Every instance I fought for what was mine.

What do you do when you meet your soulmate at seven-years-old? You give… You live… And you love… Until you hear the words, “I just don’t love you anymore.” Putting an end to us. To you. To. Me. Right then and there. “I’m just fighting for our family! I’m just fighting for you!” I stood abruptly, hovering above Bailey. Losing my goddamn mind. “Don’t you see that?! How can you not see that?! How can you not see me?!” “You’re scaring m—” “I don’t give a fuck!” I seethed, unable to hold back the anger ripping through my entire body any longer. “I’m standing right here! Right. Fucking. Here!” My foot connected with the ground in a loud, hard thud, my hands raked through my unruly hair. Fucking pissed. “I’m paralyzed in time with you, Beauty! Fucking stuck with nowhere else to go! Do you have any idea what this is doing to me?! To our kids?! Do you even fucking care?!” “You need to calm down!” a familiar voice shouted from behind me as the door suddenly swung open. I should have expected it, but at this point I didn’t care anymore. I just wanted… Needed… My girl. I turned around, roaring, “You don’t tell me what to do! Do you understand me?! You don’t ever tell me what to fucking do when it comes to my wife!” “I’m not your wi—” I grabbed the vase filled with sunflowers off the table and chucked it across the room. It shattered upon impact, splattering water and shattering glass everywhere. “You don’t get to say that to me!” I sternly pointed at her, and all she did was back away. From me. The second I reached for her, a set of strong hands grabbed my arms, pulling me back. Further and further away from my world. “Get your fucking hands off me! Get your fucking hands off me now!” “Please! Please! Just make him go away! I don’t want to see him anymore!” she cried out, more tears falling down the sides of her beautiful face. “What the fuck!” I bit, shaking my head. Violently trying to fight them off. “I need you! Your kids need you! We fucking need you!” “I don’t care! I just don’t care!” “How can you do this?! How can you fucking do this to me?! After everything we’ve been through, Bay! After everything I’ve done for you! You’re my world! You’re my goddamn reason! I’m fighting for my fucking life! I need you to fight for it too!” She covered her ears, her body quivered from head to toe. Cowering away from the man who once was the only person who could ever calm her. Soothe her. Love her. “Don’t do this! Don’t do this to us! You need to fight, Bailey! Goddamn it, just please fucking fight for me! You can’t let go! You can’t fucking do it, baby!” In a distant tone I’d never heard before, she repeated, “Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!” “I’m sorry, but you have to go,” one of the men dragging me out ordered. “To hell with you!” I struggled to maintain my footing, my stance on not leaving this room, but my will to fight was diminishing with each step as they continued tearing me out of the room. “I hate him! I never want to see him again! Don’t let him come back! Please! Just keep him away from me!” The look on her face. The sound of her voice. The way she was recoiling from me… It was all too much to take, too much to bear, too much to live through, while I was hauled out of the place that was never supposed to be her home. All the familiar happy faces ahead of me blurred together. Their laughs. Their smiles. Their endless banter. I blinked again and, for a second, the haze in my eyes subsided, gazing at Noah and his girl from afar. Making me realize I was sitting in the field of his clubhouse, drinking away my wife. I stumbled toward them with the bottle of Jack still clutched in my grip. How did I get here? When did I get out of the car? Noah quickly made his way over to me and grabbed onto my arm. “Aiden, what’s goin’ on? Did you drive here like this?” “Bailey…” I slurred, staggering all over the place. Barely able to stand on my own two feet. “Jesus Christ, man. What the fuck?” Taking another swig from the bottle, I tried shoving him away. “Bailey… Bailey… Bailey...” “For fuck’s sake, Aiden.” He’d never seen me like this, and I was going to knock him on his ass when I said, “She’s gone… My Bailey… left me. USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR M. ROBINSON

COVER MODEL: Weston Boucher
COVER DESIGNER: Heather Moss

From USA Bestselling Author M. Robinson comes a contemporary romance duet filled with all the feels of a epic love story.

What do you do when you meet your soulmate at seven-years-old?

You give…
You live…
And you love…
Together.
Forever.
To have and to hold.

Until you hear the words, “I just don’t love you anymore.”

Putting an end to me.
To you.

To us.

“You’re cute! I like you. Now scoot over for me.”
I did, only because I liked the way she made me feel, and I didn’t want her to leave me alone again. She sat right beside me as close as she could, leaving no room in between us.
“I’m Bailey Button, by the way.”
Her soft skin brushed against my arm, causing new bubbles in my stomach.
What was that?
“I hate my name. It’s so stupid. It sounds like I’m a belly button, but I’m not. I’m a girl, see?” Tugging on her hair that was in pigtails, she blinked her long, big eyelashes at me. “I don’t look like a belly button, right?”
“No.” Was the only word I could say when she sat that close to me.
She nodded, bringing a piece of chicken up to her mouth. Not paying any attention to what she was doing to me.
“I like your name, Aiden Pierce. It’s pretty.”
“Pretty?”
“Yeah, I like pretty names. Not like mine.”
Before I gave it any thought, I blurted, “Your name is beautiful just like you are.”
Her eyes flew to mine, and another huge smile took over her face. “No one has ever called me beautiful, Aiden Pierce!”
I smiled with her.
“Now we’re going to have to get married.”
“What?” I stopped smiling, jerking back. “We do?”
“Mmm hmm…” She chewed on her food, swallowing it down. “That’s what happens when you call a girl beautiful, you have to get married after. I don’t make the rules, I just follow them. Before my momma passed away, she always said to marry a man who calls me beautiful, and I’ll be happy every day of my life.”
Maybe her momma sent her to me too?
“Will you make me happy?”
“Uh… I can try.”
“Try really hard, okay?”
“Okay.”
Momma would want that, right?
Yeah, she would.
“I like the way Bailey Pierce sounds. What do you think?”
“I like the way Bailey Pierce sounds too, but aren’t we too young to get married?”
“No silly! I meant when we’re older.”
“Oh.” I thought about it for a second. “Like how much older?”
Now it was her turn to think about it for a second. “Like when we’re eighteen. That’s old enough.”
“Okay.”
“Aiden...” She giggled, twirling her hair in a big knot around her finger. “You have to ask me first.”
“Oh, I do?” I scratched my head. “When?”
“When we’re eighteen.”
“Okay.” I nodded, meaning it. “I’ll ask you when we’re eighteen.”
“Okay.” She nodded back. “I’ll try to act surprised too. Ask me in a good way, alright? So I cry.”
She was confusing, but in the best way possible. I’d say anything she wanted just to keep her by my side, so I’d always feel this way.
Safe.
I knew right then and there my momma had something to do with this. I didn’t know how, but she kept her promise to me. This had to be the girl, I felt it in my bones.
“Why would I want to make you cry?”
“Because they’re happy tears and crying with happy tears is like super romantic.”
“Oh… Okay then. I’ll ask you in a way that will make you cry happy tears.”
“Okay good, but don’t make me cry in any other way than happy tears. Ever. You promise?”
“I promise.”
She leaned her head on my shoulder, whispering, “I trust you.”

In a world where I had no say, violence became my refuge, and nothing else mattered. Not even my own life. Until her. Skyler Bell. It all started the first time I heard that voice. Giving me hope for tomorrow. My first love was everything all at once. Consuming. Maddening. Forever. Mine. Except, I never imagined there were secrets that needed to be shared. Lies that needed to be confessed. Truths that needed to be told. Demons that needed to be buried. Once I realized the depth, the longing, the sadness and sorrow in her eyes mirrored mine, it was too late. Love didn't come to me as heartbreak, it came as everything I've ever wanted. Walking away wasn't an option, but it was the only choice I had. I finally found the price of love and it cost me... My soul. Never seen before NYE Scene from El Santo! Happy New Year!

🌟HAPPY NEW YEARS🌟 Damien & Amira never before seen NYE scene : #ElSanto #ElPecador I walked into Rosarío's house fifteen minutes before the clock struck midnight on New Year’s Eve. She was throwing her annual party to ring in the new year, surrounded by all her friends who were more like family. I’d known them probably as long as I’d known Rosarío, but I wasn’t there for them. I made my way through the crowd of people who were dancing around the room, celebrating the impending arrival of another year. They were laughing and cheering, counting down the minutes exactly how I was, but for entirely different reasons. I tried to be discreet and go undetected as I eagerly made my way to the back of the house. Though it didn’t take long for me to find her, I knew exactly where she’d be. The second I stepped foot out into the backyard I jerked back, caught off guard by how beautifully grown up she looked under the pale moonlight. “Jesus, Muñeca! What the fuck are you wearing?” I blurted, causing her to abruptly turn around and look at me. “Damien,” she smiled, immediately peering down at the ground. Wiping away a tear, hoping it would go unnoticed. Fully aware that I always noticed everything. Especially when it came to her. “What are you doing here? I thought you had to work.” “I’m here for you,” I simply stated the truth, not realizing what that could have meant to an almost fifteen-year-old girl. There was sadness in her eyes as she replied, “Mama Rosa bought me this dress today. You don’t like it?” I inadvertently eyed her up and down, taking in the young woman standing in front of me. No longer the little girl I once saved. “No, Amira, I don’t. Where has the time gone?” I asked, thinking out loud. Nodding to her, I added, “Why are you crying?” She locked eyes with me. “Couldn’t just let that go, huh?” “Do I ever?” She chuckled, turning back around to look at her Mariposa garden. “We walked passed a doll store today while we were shopping. I saw my doll Yuly in the window, along with the price tag on her wrist.” She wrapped her arms around her torso as I watched the way her white dress flowed in the soft breeze of the night. “I was too young to realize it back then, but we were poor, Damien. There’s no way my father could afford that doll.” I took a deep breath, knowing where she was going with this. “He stole it for me because he knew how much I wanted a doll and now, here I am almost six years later and I have an arsenal of them… because of you.” When she turned to face me again I was standing right behind her, instinctively placing my jacket on her shoulders. Providing her with any comfort I could before I wiped away another one of her tears. I grabbed her chin to look at me. “And here we are, Muñeca. Almost six years ago I had no one and now I have you. Let’s count the small blessings that we do have, eh?” “Ten, nine, eight, seven,” we overhead the party inside chanting until they screamed out, “One!” I touched the end of her nose. “Happy New Year, Amira.” She didn’t hesitate, throwing her arms around me and repeating, “Happy New Year, Damien." Except she added, "I love you.” El Santo/Free on KU: http://amzn.to/2gAECUB El Pecador Goodreads: http://bit.ly/2C1uUji

THE VIP TRILOGY
BY USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR M. ROBINSON
3 FULL LENGTH NOVELS FOR 99 PENNIES

Ysabelle

They say in order to find yourself you have to go home, but what if home is what you’re escaping from. I went to Miami to discover myself; never in my wildest dreams, did I think home would become a three-letter word.
VIP.
I was the dream.
I was the illusion.
I was the fantasy.
Until him…
Everything went to hell in hand basket the moment we laid eyes on each other.
I wanted him.
He wanted me.

Sebastian

I have always been a man who made decisions based on other people’s feelings, wants, and desires.
I was selfless.
I never wanted to hurt anyone.
Especially her.
The moment I met her… I wanted her.
I loved her.
For the woman she was.
For the woman she wanted to be.
But most of all…
For the woman she was, when she was with me.

This isn’t a love story, but a story about love.

<><><><><><><><>

The Madam:

Some people need love…

I need sex, money, control, and power.

Anyone could have those four things, but only one could have VIP. Becoming Madam was never a choice for me, it was a mandated order from the most powerful woman I knew- my mother. I was born to fill her shoes, never to make mistakes, or to show weakness.

You are the product of your environment. They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree; you learn from what you see, not from what you're told. Nature vs. Nurture. I learned from it all; what I saw, what I didn't see, what I was told, and from reading between the lines.

I was raised with the belief that the world spun ONLY because of me. I held power as far back as I can remember, saw things no one ever talks about, and witnessed illegal acts of sex, drugs, and money by the time I was eighteen.

You saw a glimpse of me in VIP, now see it from the beginning. Enter my world where anything goes; no judgments, no remorse, no guilt. You play by my rules, or you don’t play at all. There are no limits to what I can do, or to what I can show you…I will ensure my legacy by any means necessary.

My name is Lilith Veronica Stone, and I am The Madam.

MVP:

Ysabelle

I love you.
Three words that can make or break you.
I thought I needed to find myself. I thought I wasn’t happy. I thought I needed more out of life.
I didn’t.
I’m more lost now than I was when I left. I have no answers, just endless amounts of questions. It was only a matter of time until the truth came to light. I never imagined it would change my entire life and everything I thought to be true.
It was all a game.
Except I wasn’t a player.
I was a pawn.

Sebastian

The end.
Two words that have several meanings. I never thought I’d lose her. But did I ever really have her…
Or did VIP?

Can love conquer all?
